Integrate Time and Labor / specific hardware

Hi team,

Reaching out for your help with a customer scenario.

They are trying to include their ESS department in the Oracle Time & Labor module.

Context:

• They have predominantly field workers who don’t work at computers
• Currently, they just badge in at the front door on some old InfoTronics hardware (Model #IT31CX52T1N)
• Current timekeeping system takes that as their clock in/out time
• Trying to understand how to set up the Web Clock for them.

What would be the best way to ensure the connection between this particular hardware and our T&L Module?

Are there available APIs/webhooks?
