PPM Contract status = Expired, but has Under Amendment icon

Why would a contract have the Under Amendment "i" icon when it's no longer under amendment?

Background:

  1. Contract was status = EXPIRED
  2. API modified and updated the contract, including setting it back into Active status
    1. Manage Contracts search = Active and Expired, with the under amendment icon
    2. History tab Version = Active
    3. History tab Status = Under Amendment
  3. Award space status = Active


Assuming the API should have updated contract back to status = EXPIRED, is that what's causing the incorrect Under Amendment icon and History tab status?
