baseline for cost and revenue is not success

Hi

the baseline (for cost and revenue) was successfully for all projects except this one, we are getting error A revenue rate or markup percentage wasn't found for the planning transaction because no resource class rate schedule is assigned to the plan version.
when we see that error, usually is because the Project is not associated to a Contract, but this time it is associated, even other projects from same Contract (in ARS currency) were baselined successfully.

after the Confirmation message, I can see a process at the Monitor. running
