I have been trying to add a simple Attribute to a dimension in EDMCS. The documentation says you should be able to, but I can't figure out where to add? Having an issue with modifying the registration, but I keep seeing you can add one without it.

I have found numerous answers saying I can, but when I follow the example, it leads me a dead end.
