revenue budget question

question regarding the exchange rate using at the Revenue budget derivation, attached file with the screenshots

The Project is in USD Currency, the Functional Currency is ARS currency

Contract in ARS currency

Contract Line#1 start date = 15 dec 2020 associated to project, with funding amount = 5,409,826,222.41
at the baselined Budget Revenue, I noticed the exchange rate is 5,409,826,222.41 ARS funding amount / 65,613,416.89 USD budget revenue derived = 82.45rate which is the exchange rate for 12/dec/2020 which is the start date of the Contract line #1

ARS funding amount:	USD derived revenue at budget:	exchange rate
5,409,826,222.41	65,613,416.89	82.45

is there a way to override this exchange rate date calculation for the Revenue ?
