How to change font size in home page in fusion and change the space between the icon and label

Hi Oracle Folks,

We have the following requirements but want to verify if feasible

1.Change the font sizing for our home page

2. Ensure that the gap between the chosen icon and label is bigger.

We tried looking via themes and even page composer, didnt seem to work.
