LinkedIn Learning xAPI Integration – Content Not Visible in Oracle Learning Cloud

Summary:

We’ve successfully completed the integration between Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) and LinkedIn Learning using the xAPI configuration in non prods the external party provider config is showing active and valid. All required setup steps have been followed.

Despite the integration being marked as active, no LinkedIn Learning courses are appearing in OLC under Self-Paced Learning.

Troubleshooting Steps I have tried;

• Verified and completed all LinkedIn Learning xAPI configuration steps.

• Executed multiple ESS jobs related to content sync and catalog refresh.

• Ran SQL reports confirming no LinkedIn Learning content is present in the system.

• No errors were thrown during job execution or configuration.
