Trying to load project budget but the FBDI is running into error

Summary:

I'm trying to load the project budget for a sponsored project and I' receiving error: The valid plan version statuses for forecast versions are Working, Current Working, and Approved. The valid plan version statuses for budget versions are Working, Current Working, and Baseline

Please note that the Plan Version entered is Baseline and the financial plan type is of Budget Class.
