Deep Link : Enabling NID Search in Employment Info Page

Summary: Hi All,

On our current Responsive UI Employment Info page, business users frequently use the NID search feature to find employees. However, in the new Redwood UI, this feature has been removed — and we’re not sure why.

To address this, I’m considering creating a Guided Journey using an AI Agent (task type). This agent would allow users to search for employees by NID and return the results.

My goal is to embed this Guided Journey directly into the Employment Info page so users can continue using NID search seamlessly
