How to connect to ADB-D database in private network from VBCS.?

We have a created load balance for port tls (ssl) port and public IP was modified in tnsnames.ora.

Uploaded the wallet to database connection details of VBCS by default it is taking <DBname>_tp connection which will be applicable to tcp or tcps port connection.

Does ATP connection from VBCS accepts with tls port or only tcp port?
