Import Journal Error

in Financial Consolidation and Close

Hi All,

A user is attempting to import a Journal Entry through the Consolidation Journals page but is encountering the following error message:

"Error - Unable to load this page. For troubleshooting help, see Cloud Documentation."

The user have all the necessary access permissions for loading journals for this entity, yet the issue persists.
