Expression to default position name in assignment name field for Hire/change Assignment

Hello all,

We would like to default the business title (assingnment name) in Hire and change Assignment pages to the position name.
Could you please share the field to be used in the Redwood business rules?

We've tried expressions like [[$fields.employmentAssignments.positionsLov.PositionName.$initialValue()]] or [[$fields.actionOccurrences.PositionLOV.PositionName.$initialValue()]] without succes.
