PPV arises when the purchase price and the standard cost are recorded in different currencies

Hi Team,

We are seeing the Purchase Price Variance is generated when the PO price Currency and standard currency are different.

Below is the example.

  1. Purchase Price = €322.12
  2. Standard Cost = $ 347.88810
  3. Currency Conversion= 1.08

With this, we expect there should not be any PPV on PO receipt. However we are seeing the PPV on PO receipt of $25.7681.

Has anyone faced similar issue in their implementation
