Is there a REST API to update "Enable Role for Access from All IP Addresss" for an existing role

Summary:

We plan to enable location based access and as part of this process , we want to check the flag "Enable Role for Access from All IP Addresss" for 99% of the roles in the system except for few. It's very very cumbersome right now to go through each and every role and check that flag. I am trying to see if we have any REST API / Loader where we can set this flag .
