how to assign a specific role to multiple users

Summary:

We have a specific role that hold access to new features, however, when we go live this role has to be assigned to the respective users to enable/show this. I was unable to get any relevant information that held up. I tried following this documentation, but the steps described I cannot find in Oracle CX Sales.

How can I recreate this functionality so that we can assign one role to multiple desired users?
