Unable to report on the SCORM Interactions for the assessment section of some SCORM 1.2 files

Summary: Unable to retrieve learner responses from assessment section of SCORM 1.2 files created using Nimble.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We've discovered an issue when attempting to report on the SCORM interactions for the majority of our SCORM 1.2 content from our Learning module. We're only seeing this issue with Nimble courses. Other SCORM files generated by other course providers/platforms we seem to be able to extract all the desired data fine.

We've tried using the 'LearnerOnlineContentEvidenceReport' BI report that was shared on Cloud Customer Connect by Oracle and we've also tried just looking at the data in the WLF_SCORM_INTERACTIONS table. But the results are the same. We're able to see responses users have given to questions asked throughout the course, except for the scored assessment section within the SCORM file.
