BPA has expired lines still PO is calculating the BPA Price in Purchase order oracle fusion

Summary:

Hi Team,

Business has BPA for Inventory items
when trying to cancel the line, its getting below error:

Then instead of cancelling the line, we did an expiry to that line

Then BPA is in Active status.

Then while creating PO, still for that item we are able to see BPA and same price on PO

How to control to get BPA price in PO when we dont want the line in BPA and unable to cancel?
