eLearning (SCORM) behavior once the employee complete content

We have a self-paced offering having a SCORM package content as an activity, at the end of the SCORM, there is an assessment the employee has to answer the same

when the employee navigates to the self-service and launch the content and once, he completes the eLearning content and after answering the assessment questionnaire he clicks on Save and Close after reviewing his score (failed or passed).

We have observed that after the employee completes the assessment and clicks on Save and Close, and if the employee has failed the attempts, the score is not showing in the manage activities screen.
