Attribute-Based Netting Rules don't work

I need matching Sales order with their respectives suppiers. I don't have Project implementation then I create a EFF in Sales Order and a DFF in WO.

I mapping attribute planning

Then I set up Attribute-Based Netting Rules

But Don't work this setup.

I execute plan and attribute don't show into suppliers and demands.

Could you say me which is my error?

Someobe there are any whitepaper where I can do correct setup
