How we can get Rate Inquiry (RIQ) results by using XML

Hi,
Could you please help me to understand how we can achieve Rate Inquiry results through XML for the following scenarios?

  • Rates that are configured to use Order Release Reference Number (Refnum) as the Rate Basis (condition).

  • Rate configured with Hazardous rate type as “ Hazardous Materials Only”

  • Rate cost configured when the Order Line is marked as Hazardous

  • Rate cost configured based on Order String Flex Feild condition
