Error:The adjustment can't be processed because the balance will exceed ceiling limit for leave time

Summary:

Hi Team,

Our customer is using Sick Leave where employees are enrolled. Now, in mid season as per the new policy of the customer we added a new ceiling limit of 520 hours to the Sick Leave setup.

However, few employees who already had a balance of hours exceeding 520 hours are impacted - that means whenever they are trying to apply for Sick leave, they receive the following error inspite of having the balance -

"Error response during RestAction. The adjustment can't be processed because the balance will exceed the ceiling limit for leave time accrual."

The concern is that this error does not stops employee from applying for leave (as they have a positice balance) BUT it misguides them (as it starts with "adjust CAN'T be processed).
