I am receiving an orchestration error message on a drop ship sales order which states:

The charge account can't be generated. The transaction account definition couldn't derive a valid account for the Purchasing Charge Account Rule account combination rule. Modify the account rule used in the transaction account definition to match the conditions for the transaction.

Each day approx 2000 drop ship sales order pass through OM, however we have noticed that every time we create a sales order for one particular item we receive the following orchestration error message upon submit of the sales order. The fulfillment process gets stuck at 'Scheduled' and the orchestration error message is:
