Remove Absence on TimeCard after it was already approved

Summary:

User enters Absence from Absence Module>Manager approves>Absence is now on timecard but timecard not submitted>User decides to remove Absence Type from timecard - is this possible? We are not able to do it so want to understand if this is the expected behavior for a scenario like this.
