EPBCS to Fusion data push - data is not clearing in Fusion

Issue Description:

We have developed integration from EPBCS to Fusion Financials to send Fcst/Budget data however when we run the integration ( Import Mode: Replace, Export Mode: Replace) , the previous numbers which were loaded into Fusion Financials are still exists though they are not in EPBCS application now. in other words, data is not getting cleared in Fusion Financials cube as a part of data push. can you please let us know if we are missing any setting in the DLR?

Also, We thought of going with 'Clear Region' option but the dimensions (+ button) disabled in DLR

Please help us with the high level solution/option to make sure that data gets cleared in Fusion Financials while loading data from EPBCS integration.
