Donation pool requiring "Manage Cash Dispursements" to submit

Summary:

We are preparing for our end users to have their yearly access to a sick leave donation pool. While testing we discovered that there seems to have been a change made in Redwood that would not allow end users to submit their own donations to the pool. It now requires a privilege called, ANC_DISBURSE_ACCRUAL_PLAN_BALANCE_PRIV. This role cannot be assigned directly and can only be assigned via an aggregate privilege, Manage Cash Disbursements. When looking at this privilege, the description reads as, "Allows administrator to dispense part of an accrual plan balance for payment." The privilege is given to the
