Form field validation inquiry

Hi team,

We would like to use form field validation to block partial quantities from being used in various Quantity fields through Supply Chain.

Can OGL form field validation check a numeric field to see if it's using a whole number vs a partial quantity?

I'm assuming OGL can't block a user from entering a "." into a Quantity field, but as an alternative could it block the Update or Submit buttons until a "." gets removed?
