Why did not apper the supplier operation's exception when Supplier site was inactive or invalid?

Summary:

Hi ,

When user released WO which has supplier operations, the operation's supplier was inactive or invalid.

And the WO did not show any exceptions even the Supply Orchestraion had exceptions.

So user did not aware this and the delivery date was getting closer that the WO completion was delay and it's impact the end customers.

Why did not appera the supplier operation's excetpion in the above case? If WO shown an exceptoion the user would had avoid the delay.
