Why did not apper the supplier operation's exception when the item attribute "Purcahsable" was "No"

I want to make sure each cases one by one.

In this quesiotn case is item attribute.

When user released WO which has supplier operations, the item attribute "Purcahsable" was "No".

Then the WO did not show any exceptions even the Supply Orchestraion had exceptions.

So user did not aware this and the delivery date was getting closer that the WO completion was delay and it's impact the end customers.
