Item DFF for Planning

A Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is being created to be visible in Planning. Despite following the Oracle guide for linking the values, the DFF is not visible because the 'Additional Attributes' page is not available within the configuration.

We've noticed that for other clients, the 'Additional Attributes' value is always visible. However, for this specific client, only the Extensible Flexfields (EFFs) are displayed. Could this be blocked in some way?"
