Is it possible to add a custom field in Redwood Administer Compensation flow using VBS?

Summary:

Hello! Our HR departments asked for a new text field to be added in Redwood Administer Compensation page and that text should be visible for 1 ICP only.

We need to add a red text with guidance for Comments and Attachments section as seen below.

We tried using VBS but we couldn't find any option to add a new field.

Is it possible?
