HCM Extracts - Print Employee Names in Standard Format

Hi Experts,

I need your suggestion on one of the changes to be made for an existing extract. Right now, we have hundreds of employees whose names were entered in HCM system in Capitals. This happened during migration to Oracle HCM.

This integration is printing employee names in Capitals (upper case). What function can use to fix this issue and print names in standard format?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
