Viewing and configuring Essbase applications

Hi, I wasn't present when our ERP system was being implemented, so I'm unfamiliar with the steps that were performed. I have a need to at least view the applications and how they are configured. I did figure out how to access the balance cubes to at least see a listing:

However, I'm unable to find the applications or how they are created. Also, how were the balance cubes created and what does each one contain?
