Available to reserve calculation to include in transit PO - reserve from order orchestration

Summary:

Currently GOP is considering the in-transit PO and scheduling is fine.

But next reservation step is failing hence unable to send to OTM.

Can OOTB Available to reserve also consider in-transit POs and let reserve?

Is there any configuration or feature that can enable this.

This is in food distribution, and it is quite common to receive these POs quite late, but orders need to be pushed to OTM for same day planning.

We don't want to false promise and bypass reservation and would like Oracle to consider in-transit POs while inventory reservation ATR calculation.
