How to mandate the work instructions to the operator at work definition level.

Summary:

We were able to successfully create the work instructions at work definition level. However, while Execute Production at a Workstation level before completing the work order operations we wanted to ensure operator reads the instructions as mandatory and proceed further to the step execution.

Also this information wanted for Audit purposes, but we have not find this work instruction reviewed data was not found in work orders.
