Purge Interface Data of External Purchase Prices

We have a few clarifications regarding the purging of data from interface tables (Headers and Lines) in EPP:

  1. Auto-Purge Behavior:
    • Is data from the interface tables automatically purged once the Change Orders are approved and the corresponding selected lines are added to the BPA?
    • Or do we need to explicitly run the "Purge Interface Data of EPP" job as part of a housekeeping process ?
  2. Implications of Deleting Records:
    • Are there any known implications or risks associated with deleting data (headers/lines) from the interface tables?
    • Specifically, does this impact any downstream processes or audit trails?
