Please recommend the cause and solution for the below HDL error for Element Entries with Costing.

in HCM Data Loader (HDL)

we are loading element entry with costing details using the fast formula type ‘HCM Data Loader’ which is using business object ‘ElementEntryWithCosting’. We are using CIF to trigger the payroll flow pattern which has the fast formula attached to it. While loading, it is throwing an exception error with the following exception for few of the input files :-

The message is JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLException, msg=ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

Exception message : ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

Please let us know if anyone has an idea on what this error is about and how to resolve it. Thanks in advance!
