We have a requirement to configure the 'Absence Bidding' process so that it is open only during a specific time window in a year. For example, the bidding window should be available in the first quarter (January to March) and closed for the remaining months.

Currently, Absence Bidding is accessible without such restrictions. We want to enforce a 'time-based control' so employees can participate in absence bidding only during defined periods. This is needed to align with our organizational leave planning cycle, ensure fairness, and avoid bids being placed outside the official timeframe.

Please confirm if Oracle provides any standard functionality to define such time-bound bidding windows or suggest the recommended approach to achieve this requirement.
