Requirement to Restrict Absence Bidding Based on Quota of Employees on Leave

Summary:

We have a requirement to configure the Absence Bidding process so that only a defined number of employees can be on leave during a given period.

For example:

• The system should allow only 3 employees to be off at once for a specific date/period.
• If a 4th employee tries to bid for leave in the same period, the system should flag a quota breach and prevent the manager from approving the request.

We would like Oracle to confirm if there is any standard functionality or configuration available to enforce quota-based restrictions in Absence Bidding, or suggest the recommended approach to achieve this requirement.
