USE CASE: Management of RTI (Temporary Grouping of Companies) Contracts in Oracle
Summary:
Our client needs to manage RTI (Temporary Grouping of Companies) contracts. In this type of contract:
There is a main supplier, defined as the mandataria, who is the contract holder.
There are secondary suppliers, defined as mandanti, who are responsible for specific awarded portions of the contract.
Workflow Requirement
Starting from an RTI contract, we need the Oracle system to generate the following documents:
A single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), issued exclusively to the mandataria.
A single Purchase Order (PO), also associated solely with the mandataria.
This Purchase Order is then used for the subsequent stages of receiving, invoicing, and payment.
