OTBI present last value of a column - Report

Hi,

we need to control when a employee change a department(from any department to any department) and this need to be done in a OTBI report to control a initiative.

ive tried different things but without success, my idea is to have a report in OTBI that bring person number, department and "last department".

if anyone knows how to do that, i would like to hear.
