Redwood SSP - Return Reason LOV Blank

Summary:

When trying to create a return in Redwood SSP receipting pages, the Receipt Return LOV does not populate. Is there a particualr process or action I need to complete to allow the LOV to display?

The return reason dropdown works as expected in SSP.
