Not able to search the existing carrier details by using custom role

in Inventory Management

We have created a custom role to setup and update carrier details. System is providing option to create new carrier but not able to search the existing carrier.

We have assigned the Carrier Management duty role to the custom job role. Can someone help on the Data security policies or any additional privileges to search existing carrier details.
