Reserve to Reserve Case UOM Replenishments

Summary:

Current Pick Process (for context): Reserve Location —> Drop Location —> Manufacturing Line

• Demand signals come from Oracle Fusion in the form of Movement Requests generated from WIP Subinventory Min/Max levels
• We pick from Reserve Locations to allow us to round up to a Full LPN due to lack of/variability in our case quantities that we receive from suppliers. We also have powders/liquid raw materials that must be picked in full LPN quantity

The Reserve Location(s) that we pick from act as forward picking locations which are on the lower racking levels. These forward picking Reserve locations have parts that are stored in standardized cardboard totes (boxes). To keep these forward picking Reserve locations full of inventory, we need to do Reserve to Reserve replenishments that are in case quantities (see example below).
