Information on MFA extension date for all users

Hello,

We received communication from Oracle about extending MFA to all users in September 2025. We need to understand if it will be activated mass-wide, and if so, the exact date, so we can communicate to users in time how to configure it.

Can we administrators decide the date and whether to activate it?
