I am currently unable to view the "Manage Issue" page within the Project Management module in my Oracle Fusion instance. I have already assigned myself the relevant roles, including Project Manager, Project Executive Management, Team Member, and Project Execution. Despite this, the page remains inaccessible.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? If there are any additional steps, permissions, or configurations required, kindly let me know.
