Learner Alerts configuration for "Pending Required Evaluation" status in Oracle Learning

Hello,

we are currently working on the configuration of Learner Alerts in Oracle Learning and would like to understand how to set them up so that a notification is triggered when the assignment status is "Pending Required Evaluation".

Could you please advise where exactly this setup should be managed and how?
