Set Up EPM Data Sources in RMC

We are currently trying to set up an EPM Data Source Connection in RMC using OAuth 2.0 following the link below:

Is there any documentation out there on how to actually set up the OAuth Configuration on the OCI side for this specific use case? I have some experience setting up OAuth, but some of the fields that RMC do not look familiar to me such as below:

"If you use the OAuth2 protocol, you must also use an Assertion section of the setup page to specify two values, a Client Assertion and a User Assertion. You can, but typically shouldn't, supply these assertion values directly. Instead, you can supply values in the following five fields, from which the application generates the assertions."
