Say, we are refreshing Test from Prod on 1st of Oct. On that day a user has 10 open notifications in Global header (count in bell icon) and in 'Things to finish' dashboard in Prod. After refreshing will the user see the same count of notification in Global header (count in bell icon) and in 'Things to finish' dashboard of Test environment
