What are the best practices to structure a policy document for Agents to respond effectively to?
Summary:
We are interested in understanding how best to structure the policy document such a way that when it is used by an AI agent such as absence where employee searches or uses AI agent to tell him the policies or the eligibility so that the agent can respond in a very crisp manner without showing up the whole policy paragraph which may not be related to the employee. This is to understand and guide client to best utilise the rag agents specifically for absence where the matrix for eligibility and balances and deduction is pretty complex
