AI Agent is not working with custom business object

Hi,
We’ve created an AI Agent integrated with a custom business object. However, when interacting with the agent, we consistently encounter the following error: "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."
This issue occurs across all custom business objects that have been created and attached to the agent. Standard business objects do not exhibit this behavior.
The agent configuration and custom objects have been reviewed, and everything appears to be correctly set up and published. Despite this, the assistant fails to respond when interacting with any of the custom business objects.
